I’m so happy to be in my favorite island!

It’s always a pleasure to rejoin her coves, her sunsets, her people, which is my own, with this wonderful energy it gives away, and which nurtures me… Ibiza, a place in constant motion, seeking the latest and in the vanguard on everything.

Two nights ago I had the privilege of dining in one of the most innovative restaurants in the world. Located at Playa d’en Bossa, Sublimotion is a lasting experience, which surprises from the very first instant, and plays with your senses -not just though its food, which is also sublime in taste and presentation…

Just 12 diners, just one table, a white 360 space and a team of 25 wonderful professionals, will make you travel the world (literally) in a magical, unforgettable evening.

You’ll harvest your own vegetable garden, remember tastes from your childhood, you’ll leap into the void through virtual reality, paint your own painting, and a lot, lot more…
