It’s always a pleasure to rejoin her coves, her sunsets, her people, which is my own, with this wonderful energy it gives away, and which nurtures me… Ibiza, a place in constant motion, seeking the latest and in the vanguard on everything. Two nights ago I had the privilege of dining in one of the most innovative restaurants in the world.
